Our BRONZE sponsor registration for the 2023 Bid Meeting includes a Vendor Happy Hour Thursday evening, Friday’s Welcome Reception, and Saturday’s luncheon, and evening dinner and dance event with Delegates and Members. Included with the Bronze sponsorship are,

• Silver Sponsorship Billboard Listing in Meeting Room
• One booth with table setup for Saturday’s travel show
• Additional vendor registration for your associates, $125.

GOLD *                                          $750+

The GOLD sponsor registration includes all the Silver level amenities and upgrades to include

• Gold sponsor Listing on first page of Texas Ski Council Website as Texas Ski Council Partner for 2023-2024 Season (May 1, 2023-April 30, 2024.)
• Space to place one 3’ x 5’ free standing banner (or substantially similar in size) in Meeting Room at Bid Meeting. (If tour operator, you can use your banner or banner of partner Ski Resort.)
• Listing as Gold Sponsor in TSC Publications

PLATINUM *                               $1000+

The Platinum sponsor registration includes all the Silver level amenities and upgrades to include,

• TSC Website first page link to ski resort/vendor
• Listing as Platinum Sponsor in Publications Request that Ski Partner be identified as a TSC Platinum Sponsor in every newsletter distributed by TSC Member Clubs.
• Continental Breakfast Reception with TSC Delegates and club officers at the 2023 Bid Meeting.  (Can put up banner and have display in Breakfast Reception area.)
• Platinum sponsors will have ten minutes presentation time at the breakfast meeting Saturday morning. (3 available) (You also have the option of Co-Sponsoring our Friday Reception or Saturday Luncheon.)

TSC and industry friends will once again have the opportunity to experience the camaraderie of a TSC golf shootout.  This year's competition will be intense for those that want to play and/or party as prizes will be awarded for top scores and cheerleaders. So, whether inclined to play or just RELAX and cheer for your favorite team or come out and play.

St. Andrews Golf Vacation
($15,000 Value)

Play at the Home of Golf … St Andrews. This 7-day/6-night hole in one prize package includes green fees, overnight accommodations, daily breakfast, and roundtrip airfare for two. Four of the nights you’ll spend in the heart of St. Andrews playing St. Andrews Old, St. Andrews New and Carnoustie, host of 2018 British Open, followed by 2 nights at the deluxe Turnberry Resort while playing Turnberry Kintyre and Turnberry Ailsa, British Open venue and highest ranked course in the British Isles. There will also be three additional ancillary prize holes. 

Golf Rules Bidfest 2023 

Fees are $90 per person and includes Green Fee, Cart Fee, Range prior to play, and Prizes. This year participants will also be able to purchase Mulligans to "improve your score", as well as become a PIN HIGH sponsor.

Friday April 14th 

We have selected four preferred wine-tasting locations for your enjoyment. They are strategically located on the north and south ends and east and west sides of main street. This will give you ample opportunity to visit each venue and browse several of the local businesses. Wine tastings generally consist of five wines and are $14 to $16 before discounts. This will be a pay as you go tour, but please register so we can inform the wineries on how many participants they might expect. Please check out their websites for more information.

Transportation will be by personal vehicle, Uber, cab, and possible by courtesy van provided by the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce. The later is a courtesy shuttle that runs to all the local hotels so it will be a public transit. The schedule for 2023 has not yet been distributed.
