2020 Bid Meeting-Vendors-Cancelled!


This registration is for the use of TSC Vendors only. If you are a TSC Club Member, please use the TSC Bidfest Member registration.

2020 Bid Meeting To Select 2021 trips for (Youth Foundation & Fall Expedition) and (Trad, WSO, FSD, WE) Ski trips for 2022.

Book your hotel room before April 2, 2020 to lock in the TSC special room rate!

Instructions

  1. Before you start the registration process, decide on which type of registration level that you wish to have and how many people you will be registering. You can register up to 2 people at once. Have the contact information of all your people.
  2. The registration levels are as follows
    1. Vendor registration with no sponsorship: $150 per person
    2. Blue Star Sponsor: $250 for one person, $125 for each additional person.
    3. Silver Star Sponsor: $550 for one person, $125 for each additional person.
    4. Gold Star Sponsor: $750 for one person, $125 for each additional person.
    5. Platinum Star Sponsor: $1000 for one person, $125 for each additional person.
    6. Black Diamond Sponsor: $1500 for two people.
  3. Click on the “Register Now” button.
  4. Ignore the question about being a Council member.
  5. If you are registering someone along with yourself, click on the M+ radio button. Fill out the Personal Information section and then click the “Next” button. The “Have you previously registered” system does not seem to be working.
  6. Nothing is required on the next screen, click the “Next” button.
  7. Fill out the contact information for each of the other people that you are registering, then click the “Next” button.
  8. On the next page you must choose either a $150 Vendor registration OR one of the sponsorship levels, then click the “Next” button. For the rest of the people that you are registering choose either a $150 Vendor registration OR the $125 sponsor additional person cost.
  9. Click the “Complete Registration” button. On the “Make Payment For” page, chose your method of payment using the “Payment Method” pull-down. You can use PayPal to pay using a credit card or send a check to the address indicated.
