About this event
Delegates, club leadership, and invited tour operators will convene via Zoom to listen to destination presentations for 2028 Summer & Fall Expeditions.
Clubs will caucus in Breakout Rooms.
Reconvene to vote on the destinations.
Registrants will receive Zoom link no later than Friday, September 25, 2026.

Registration has closed - Event is past
1. Participants will sign in between 8-8:15 AM and be in the Waiting Room until Admitted into the Main Meeting.
2. Participants will be muted.
3. Delegates only are allowed to Raise the Zoom icon to be recognized to ask a question.
4. Participants not already login in at the start (8-8:30 AM) will be admitted into the Main Meeting room during the transition time between presentations. This follows the in person protocol of Bidfest.
5. During caucus period, participants will self-select the Breakout Room of the club they affiliate with.
6. Clubs will monitor the participants in their Breakout Room.
