BRONZE * [1] $250
For our industry partners unable to attend our 2026 BidFest that would like to show their ongoing support for the Texas Ski Council. Included with the Bronze registration are:
- Listing on Texas Ski Council Website for 2026/2027 Ski Season (August 1, 2026 - July 31, 2027).
- Displayed on Digital Signage logo in Registration Area
SILVER * $400
Our SILVER registration provides one person access to the 2026 BidFest which includes, Friday’s Welcome Reception, evening dinner and dance event with Delegates and Members. Included with the Silver registration are:
- Listing on Texas Ski Council Website for 2026/2027 Ski Season (August 1, 2026 - July 31, 2027).
- Displayed on Digital Signage logo in Registration Area
- Additional vendor registration for your associates, $200.
GOLD * $650
The GOLD registration includes all Silver level amenities and upgrades to include,
- Gold listing on Texas Ski Council Website for 2026/2027 Ski Season (August 1, 2026 - July 31, 2027).
- Gold Billboard Listing in Meeting Room at BidFest.
- One booth with table setup for Saturday’s travel show
- Additional vendor registration for your associates, $200.
PLATINUM* $1000 or $650 + $650 in kind contribution
The PLATINUM registration includes all the Gold level amenities and upgrades to include
- Platinum Listing on the Texas Ski Council Website as Texas Ski Council sponsor for 2026/2027 Season (August 1, 2026 - July 31, 2027.)
- Space to place one 3’ x 5’ free standing banner (or substantially similar in size) in Meeting Room at BidFest. (If tour operator, you can use your banner or banner of partner Ski Resort.)
- One booth with table setup for Saturday's travel show
- Additional vendor registration for your associates, $200.
[1] International vendors wishing to participate by Zoom will be required to be a BRONZE.
